Aryan Foundation was incorporated on 10 th February, 2011. Trustees have experience of running school, skill & degree programs- having affiliations from Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani (HBSE), National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Rajasthan Skill & Livelihoods Corporation (RSLDSC), DDU-GKY under Ministry of Rural Development & Guru Jambheshawar University of Science & Technology (GJUS&T), Hisar respectively. Our trustees/team has taken Orientation Certification Programs at National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj (NIRD&PR), Sector Skill Councils (SSC) Trainings, National Institute of Public Co-operation and Child Development (NIPCCD) Training. Our mission is to empower rural & urban India through education, skilling and job-oriented programs. We are acquiring & partnering with established organizations as well as establishing new organizations as per demographic needs.

Aryan Foundation working with NSDC for PMKVY Training Partner. We have worked for ONGC and ICICI FOUNDATION under CSR projects. We have received sanction order from Rajasthan Skill & Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC) to train candidates under RSTP Scheme in Churu District. We are working as a PIA under Deen Dayal Uppadhaya Gramin Kaushal Yojna (DDU-GKY) in Haryana. We also run special projects approved by NSDC as per demographic needs in these projects; candidates get reimbursement of their fee paid to us (at our centers). We also run fee-based Computer and Life Skill related courses at our centers as well as in tie-ups with other organizations/Institutes as per demographic needs. We are running our skill centers in Haryana, Rajasthan & Punjab. Our team also have experience in admission support services for various universities and colleges for professional & conventional higher education programs like B.Ed., MA, BA, MSC. MBA, Paramedical Diplomas, ITI etc.

This demographic is projected to rise to 1.3 billion by 2030, representing 16 percent of the world’s population. India occupies a unique position, with over 50 percent of the total population below 25 years of age and more than 65% of India’s population is under the age of 35.Youths of India lack the skills needed by a modern economy.However, recent data from the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) reveals skill gaps in high-demand sectors like IT, healthcare, manufacturing, agriculture, and renewable energy, underscoring a critical need to skill, up-skill, and right-skill the country’s youth.We are committed to bridging the skills gap and creating a robust and inclusive workforce for the future. Our mission is to ensure that every young individual we reach has the opportunity to thrive and contribute to India’s dynamic economy.The Indian government has been actively working to enhance skilling and employment opportunities across the nation & abroad, recognizing the pivotal role of human capital in driving economic growth and innovation.Fee based courses, CSR funded skill training and various government schemes and initiatives aimed at bolstering skill development and bridging the employability gap among India’s burgeoning young population.
